What this page is NOT about:
- This is NOT an Official group.
- This is NOT a guided tour of Tuwaiq. you may want to check https://www.visitsaudi.com/en
- This is NOT a coaching group.
- There will be NO water, NO snacks, NO support, NO markings on the road for navigation.
- There will be NOBODY coming to get you if you get tired, lost, or miss your mum.
- This is NOT much GSM/5G signal for you to call for help or get an Uber.
- There are NO pacers:
- If I'm too slow for you, follow your GPS and complete your training. Don't wait for me.
- If I'm too fast for you, follow your GPS and complete your training. I will NOT wait for you.
- There are NO Bakala, toilets, Gelato shops, Al Baik along the way. come prepared.
- There is NO training on how to use your GPS on the day. come prepared.
- Come on time. We will NOT wait for you.
- Come in your own vehicle. There is NO bus. We are NOT arranging car-pulling though we are encouraging it.
- there are NO warranties, express or implied on what will happen if you actually do make it to the meeting point.
Assumption of Risk
YOU agree that you are voluntarily participating in the activities offered by Run.WTF.
YOU are assuming, all and any risk of personal injury, death, illness or disability to me that might result from the said participation, or any damage, loss or theft of any personal property which you may incur.
YOU understand the actual and potential risks involved in Running, Hiking, Cycling or strenuous physical activity and that YOUR safety could be endangered by the actions of other Runners, Hikers, cyclists, the general public and road traffic users.
Release of liability
YOU agree to hold the event organizers, as well as the Run.WF harmless from any and all claims or causes of action arising out of my voluntary participation in the event.
Law of the land
YOU agree to abide by the law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Training sessions
General requirements
- You must come on time to the location, with your own vehicle.
- You must be healthy and not have any health conditions.
- You must come with the full equipment required by the Tuwaiq Organizers
- hydration bag with 1.5L water minimum
- snacks (ex: dates/energy bars...)
- trail running shoes ( no flip-flops, slippers, wooden clogs, hiking boots,
- hat/buf / sunscreen
- fully charged phone
- head torch
- GPS tracker or GPS trackers. ( sports watch / handheld GPS device / Phone app such as https://www.gaiagps.com/ APP )
- You must know how to use your GPS Tracker
- You must have uploaded the GPS Course ( .kml or .gpx) on your GPS tracker BEFORE reaching the site (there is NO signal on site) and you must check that it loads properly.

- what to expect:
- Something like https://www.strava.com/activities/9946679813 : (1x "up and down" the big Al Manjour Hill (8km) + optional 12km fun loop around in the area )
- It might be suitable for athletes training for the 10... (Though I'd suggest they drive 3 more km to have a headstart so that we can reach the top at the same time and start going down together ) but self-navigation back to car is needed
